Woman taken to hospital after single vehicle crash

A WOMAN has been taken to hospital in a stable condition after her vehicle crashed into a tree last night in Columboola.

The woman, aged in her 20s, was driving along Ryalls Rd in Columboola, about 15km east of Miles when her vehicle struck a tree just after 6pm Thursday night.

Emergency services were called to the scene and Queensland Ambulance Service transported the woman with neck and back pain and minor cuts and bruises to the arms and legs, to Miles Hospital.

One unit from Queensland Fire and Emergency Services attended the scene with reports of oil leaking from the vehicle and disconnected the battery of the car as a precaution.
