What's on in our region this Remembrance Day

This Sunday, November 11, 2018, marks the 100th anniversary of the Armistice which ended the First World War (1914-18).

On that day, 100 years ago, the guns of the Western Front fell silent after four years of continuous warfare.

During the war, more than 330,000 Australians served overseas, and more than 60,000 of them died.

In our region this Sunday, there are many services to commemorate this historic day.
