Goodna property damaged in suspicious fire

POLICE believe a fire that damaged a house at Goodna on Sunday night may have been deliberately lit.

Fire crews were called to Stuart St about 10pm after a blaze was reported on the rear verandah of the home.

Nobody was at the house at the time and there are no reports of injuries.

Police sent scenes of crime officers to the house to investigate further.
