Nitro Circus star Ryan Williams thrills Sunshine Coast fans

HE'S the best in the world on a scooter and Ryan Williams showed exactly why when he thrilled his home town crowd at Nitro Circus Live on the Sunshine Coast.

The 22-year-old, who is paid more than most NRL players to do what he loves, pulled off every trick under the sun, fulfilling what he earlier described as his 'redemption show'.

Also known as "R Willy" on stage, Williams grew up on the Sunshine Coast, learning his craft at the Caloundra and Kawana skate parks.

Up to 10,000 fans filled Sunshine Coast Stadium for the show which saw Williams fly into the air on a mini scooter.

Ryan, famous for world first triple front and backflips described the show as his "redemption" after knocking himself out during his last Sunshine Coast show.

His signature trick was a 720 front flip with a bar spin for local fans.

The YouTube star's posts often rack up more than 1 million views while last year he signed a $1 million deal to tour with Nitro Circus for three years.
