Multiple crashes spark peak hour traffic chaos

BREAKING: Emergency services are currently on scene at two separate traffic crashes on the Warrego Highway.

The first accident occurred at the intersection of Waldron Rd and the westbound lanes of the Warrego Highway at Prenzlau.

The second crash occurred shortly after between a small car and truck, about 100m up the westbound lanes from the initial accident.

Police say a woman is in shock, with a vehicle stuck in the middle of the road with the airbags deployed.

One west-bound lane is blocked.

Police say there are no serious injuries.

Westbound traffic is congested as a result of the two accidents.
