Man rescued from crash in isolated bushland

UPDATE: Emergency Services have located a man who crashed his vehicle in thick bushland north-west of Toowoomba.

The crash occurred about 9.40am off Tingoora Rd, about 70km north of Chinchilla.

Emergency Services had trouble initially locating the crash as the vehicle had rolled into bushland and wasn't visible from the road. 

Emergency crews attended to the man when they arrived on scene about 10.30am and Queensland Fire and Emergency Services were able to free him from the wreckage.

He had no obvious injuries and was taken to the Jandowae Health Service in a stable condition. 

EARLIER: Emergency Services are unable to locate a man trapped in an upside down vehicle after a crash north-west of Toowoomba.

The single-vehicle crash occurred about 9.40am and despite responding immediately, emergency crews are still not on scene. 

Authorities believe the car has left the road and rolled before coming to a rest in thick bushland off Chinchilla-Wondai Rd, about 70km north of Chinchilla.

9.45AM: Emergency services are rushing to a single vehicle traffic crash with reports a person is trapped in the wreckage.

The crash occurred about 9.40am on Chinchilla-Wondai Rd at Darr Creek near Chinchilla.

Queensland Fire and Emergency Services and Queensland Ambulance crews are responding.
