Man, 74, charged over allegedly molesting young daughter
A 74-YEAR-OLD man will face court in the new year for allegedly molesting his daughter.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, faced Maryborough Magistrates Court on charges of incest and indecent treatment of girls under 16.
The case was adjourned until February 7 for committal mention.
The court heard the man had no criminal history and he was released on bail.
