Linc Energy fallout simmers away

FALLOUT from Linc Energy dramas will drag on after a $5.5 million dispute flared up.

Linc founder Peter Bond has lost a bid to remove his obligations under an Environmental Protection Order.

But in a new court decision, a judge said Mr Bond could still have grounds to appeal other issues broadly related to Linc's Chinchilla activities.
