Kylie Minogue’s back on the scene for Kingsman sequel

SINGER Kylie Minogue made a triumphant return to the red carpet at the world premiere of Kingsman: The Golden Circle in London yesterday.

Since announcing her heartbreaking split from fiance Joshua Sasse earlier in February, Minogue has been keeping a low profile.

At the time she said "It wasn't meant to be and so I look forward to moving on, richer for the experience."

However after a five-month break to record new music, the 49-year-old made a glamorous return to the spotlight, dazzling the crowds in a David Koma gown.

It marks a big moment for Minogue, who has been writing with the same song writing team behind some of Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran's hits.

Minogue has re-signed with record label BMG, and her new music is expected to be released within the year.

Minogue's red carpet return was one of many fashion highlights at the premiere, who A-list star power rivalled that of the Emmy's the day before.

The film's stars Julianne Moore and Halle Berry stunned, while model Claudia Schiffer was on hand to support her husband Matthew Vaughn, who directs the film.

The sequel to 2014's surprise hit, Kingsman: The Secret Service, has been getting generally positive reviews and opens in Australia tomorrow.
