Ipswich paramedics come to the rescue of feathered patient
IPSWICH paramedics have come to the rescue of one of their most unusual patients after an early-morning discovery on the side of the road.
Advanced care paramedics David Taylor and Seminah Williams discovered a barn owl on the side of the road.
The little bird had a badly-injured wing and the two paramedics did the same they would for any human patient. - it was taken to the RSPCA's Wacol animal hospital to be treated.
Vets are now assessing the animal's condition.
