Ice user gets stern warning from Magistrate after driving
JAMES Allen Ohl will be on a short leash for the next eight months, after pleading guilty in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court on Monday to possessing ice and a hypodermic syringe.
Ohl, 24, was intercepted while driving at 2pm on October 20 when police found 0.2g of liquid methylamphetamine.
He was fined $300 for failing to appear, and placed on probation for eight months for the drug charges.
"This is an opportunity for you to address any drug-related issues you have," Magistrate Cameron Press said.
