Car goes up in flames

RESIDENTS at a Dalby address got a nasty surprise when a car burst into flames in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Emergency services responded to a callout to a Bunya Street house where Holden Commodore was on fire just before 4.30am.

Fire crews were able to quickly bring the blaze under control.

The fire is believed to have started in the boot of the vehicle.

There were no injuries and the incident is being treated as non-suspicious.
