Man’s arm crushed by machine

A MAN has suffered "crushed like" injuries after his arm was pinned by machinery in a workplace incident this morning.

Emergency services were called to a workplace at Murarrie, south Brisbane, just before 9am this morning after a worker was injured.

The man, aged in his 40s, was pinned for some time by an unspecified machine.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said the man was in a stable condition and was being taken to hospital with a serious arm injury.
