Bikie waits for second chance at freedom

BANDIDOS bikie Leonard Toalei will appear in court on Tuesday after he allegedly breached his bail - 13 hours after he was released from prison.

The 27-year-old had his bail application adjourned after he was allegedly caught under the influence of drugs on Wednesday morning in Goodna.

The alleged offence put Toalei in breach of one of his numerous bail conditions after he was released from a maximum security jail on Tuesday.

Toalei had been on remand for two years for an alleged violent rampage on the Gold Coast in June 2013.

During his time in maximum security, Toalei was confined for 22 hours a day.
