Is this the best and most beautiful car in the world?
YOU'RE looking at the best and most beautiful car in the world.
Bold claim? Well, according to the 2017 World Car Awards, Jaguar's F-Pace SUV is exactly that, scooping both the World Car of the Year and World Car Design of the Year awards.

It's only the second time in the award's 13-year history that one model has won both these titles in the same year. The same thing happened in 2016 when the Mazda MX-5 landed the brace of trophies.
The five-seat F-Pace - Jaguar's first effort in the lucrative SUV market - beat high-riding rivals the Audi Q5 and Volkswagen Tiguan in an all-SUV top three for the World Car of the Year win.
For the Design of the Year triumph it saw off Toyota's C-HR and the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Cabriolet finalists to lift the title.

The awards were voted on by 75 motoring journalists from 24 different countries, and Mike Rutherford, juror and director of the World Car Awards, said Jaguar had done the unthinkable. "With F-Pace, the British company and its proud and talented workers have taken on and beaten far bigger, wealthier European, Asian and North American rivals."
Ian Callum, director of design at Jaguar and responsible for the F-Pace's shape, said: "The F-Pace is our first ever SUV but it is clearly recognisable as a Jaguar and for it to win the 2017 World Car of the Year trophy vindicates our decision to bring our unique design principles and dynamic qualities to a new sector of the market."
The F-Pace starts from $75,860 in Australia.
