VIDEO: Bulldogs maul Red Bulls 60-0 and claim minor premiership

THE Chinchilla Bulldogs A grade pack is on the scent of a 2014 premiership after embarrassing the Red Bulls 60-0 at Bulldog Park this afternoon.

The Dogs were already assured the minor premiership, but coach Mick Ashurst said the dominant win would take them into their final games with even more confidence.

After beating a solid St George line up last weekend, the Red Bulls were embarrassed by the unrelenting fitness and superior ball skills shown by the home team.

Ashurst said he was most impressed by his youngest Bulldog, fullback Luke Dolbel, 19,  who crossed the line three times.

"It was a massive team effort overall and another big win under the belt for us," he said.

"You never go into finals with too much confidence because that can be your downfall, but if we keep up what we're doing we should do well."

The Bulldogs under 16s got up 32-18 against the visitors and the under 18s were defeated 12-0.

The Red Bulls' reserves forfeited.

The Roma and District Rugby League finals fixtures will be played entirely in Roma starting next weekend.

All four Chinchilla teams will play.
